I found this really awesome hat in an antique mall and added a couple of black ribbon streamers to it. I also added a little ruffle to the bottom of the jacket, so it would 'poof' out a bit more. Also found this cute shirt with a 'Peter Pan' collar.

So you see? Outfits can always be improved!
